Do you use Lightroom/Photoshop to edit the images?

Yes. Editing images is an integral part of professional photography and you can rest assured that your portraits will be edited before being delivered to you.

Will I get hair/make-up done for my photo shoot?

We work with professional make-up and hair stylists and we can arrange for them to come and do your hair/make-up before our shoot (additional AUD 200.00 fee for hair & make-up). You can purchase this option at the time of the booking as an add-on service. Otherwise you are welcome to use your regular hair and make-up artists to get ready for the photo shoot.

How long after the session will I get my edited files?

You will receive all your files within 5-7 working days after the date of the photo shoot.

Where is your studio located?

I shoot in studio space in Booragoon.

How long is the photo shoot?

You should plan around 2 hours for the photo shoot. If you have requested hair and make-up service, please allow additional 1.5 hours. If you have opted for a combination of studio and on-location shoot, the session can take around 4-5 hours (depending on the distance from the studio to the selected location).

What is the planning process like?

One week before your shoot date we will design your shoot based on your specific needs. We can meet either in person for consultation in Dalkeith or have a chat over the phone.

Can I get RAW files?

No. We provide only final jpeg images.

Can I have my portraits taken in both- studio and on location?

Yes. You can purchase this option at the time of booking.

Can I get all the images from the photo shoot?

No. We are only delivering the final edited images. We are all about the quality and not quantity. You can always let us know if you wish to have more images. Additional images can be added on to any of the package options and they are priced at AUD 50.00 per additional edited image.

Can I use my images for commercial purposes?

You can use your images on your website, social media and printed material to promote your own business. You cannot use images to promote third-party company. Please discuss with us the intended use images if you are in doubt.
